Shopping arcade situated on Sendlinger Strasse in the former Süddeutschen Zeitung building. Upper levels accomodate offices and apartments. Morgan Stanley retired of the project end 2008. Abercrombie & Fitch is one of its main anchors (3.300 sqm on 4 levels) with Hollister, DM, Depot. First tenants opened Summer 2012. Several international brands opened there their first unit in Munich or in Germany. In October 2013, LBBW sold Hofstatt to Quantum Immobilien for about 400 M €.
