Factory outlet centre located next to the Ikea store at the junction of the A1 (exit "Bremen -Brinkum") and the B6 (road to the airport). The centre is organized in 4 different blocks, one of them mostly occupied by an Esprit megastore. The "Bremer Strasse 103" (3.000 sqm) was inaugurated in February 2009 and is occupied by 4 stores (Betty Barclay, Daniel Hechter, Gerry Weber and Tom Tailor).
