- Project of urban redevelopment of the city centre of Moers, launched by the municipality. It includes the creation of a 15.000 sqm shopping arcade. After a consultation, the project was to be developed by MAB as the last competitor MFI retired in August 2009. But as the owner of one key plot of land refused to sell it, MAB gave up the project in December 2010 and the project is by now frozen.
