Project of open-air shopping and entertainment centre in Segrate, on a 60-hectare plot in the vicinity of Linate airport. It will be anchored by 20.000 sqm hypermarket and a 14-screen multiplex cinema. August 2011, Westfield formed a 50%/50% joint-venture with Stilo (Percassi Group) to develop the project. It will accomodate a 50-shop luxury village and a 18.000 sqm Galeries Lafayette department store. In august 2014, Westfield increased their shares from 50% to 75%.
