- Project of outlet centre in the former Messe Sinsheim buildings. Sinsheim is a city of some 35.000 inhabitants located south-east of Mannheim and Heidelberg (22 km), along the A6. The site is also easily accessible by the A5 and A81 motorways. The owner of the buildings EL Immobilien is currently negociating with several developers. Regional authorities are against the project which is by now stopped.
