- Two-level shopping centre located in the eastern outskirts of London, downtown Barking (82.000 inhabitants) just opposite the rail station. It was anchored by an Asda superstore until 2015 (relocated in a largest store). Catchment area : 415.000 inhabitants. In 2006, Lagmar Ltd acquired the shopping centre from Chester Properties for 74 M £. In 2015, Benson Elliot bought it for 35 M £. The centre is part of a major regeneration scheme of Barking city centre including the creation of 254 homes, green open spaces... The centre will be redeveloped into a mixed-use scheme, including a multiplex cinema and an hotel
