- Shopping park located on a 16,6 hectare plot in the north-eastern outskirts of Bournemouth, along the A 3060 (on the site formerly occupied by the Hampshire Shopping Centre). It is anchored by B&Q (10.125 sqm), Marks & Spencer (12.000 sqm), Next (1.400 sqm) (which operate there their largest store in the region), Asda (8.500 sqm), Sainsbury's (7.385 sqm), TK Maxx, H&M... It welcomes about 900.000 people monthly. Among the latest openings : Game and Mountain Warehouse. An extension of 9.300 sqm is authorized. Owners : partnership including Standard Life, Threadneedle and Delancey which acquired 28% of the parternship in February 2010.
