Located north/west of Münich, in the Moosach district, the second extension of this two storey shopping centre was completed on oct. 16th, 2002. It is anchored by two department stores : Galeria Kaufhof and Karstadt. In January 2011, Redevco acquired the Karstadt building. In October 2012, the ECE group acquired the Galeria Kaufhof building from Metro Properties. Olympia EKZ is currently undergoing modernization and reposition works.
