Three Spires is situated downtown Lichfield, approximately 16 miles north of Birmingham. Not a classical shopping centre, it occupies several commercial streets of the city centre. Debenhams, HW Smith, M&S Simply Food, Argos are some of its main tenants. Hammerson which acquired it from St Martins Property in March 2011, sold it to Orchard Street Investment Management for 33 M £.
