- Quay Shopping Centre is the redevelopment of the former Ffordd Llanarth shopping centre in Connah's Quay (16.500 inhabitants), 8 miles west of Chester. It is situated just off the B 5126 (Mold Road) and is anchored by a 4.830 sqm Morrisons superstore (sold by St Modwen in 2009 along with the 325-space car park to South Yorkshire Pensions Authority for 11,8 M £). In June 2011, St Modwen sold the remaining 1.860 sqm to Local Parade Investments (joint venture Local Shopping REIT (LSR) and Pramerica Real Estate Investors) for 2,8 M £.
