- Inter Ikea is working on the development of a 150.000 sqm shopping centre in the vicinity of the Sevilla airport, close to the future SE-35 and SE-40 highways. Ikea will occupy a building offering 30.000 sqm of sales area with a 1.850 unit car park (600 of them underground).
