- Princess Square and Charles Square shopping arcades situated in the city centre of Bracknell form part of the wider Bracknell town centre regeneration project (now rebranded Lexicon) where some 70.000 sqm of retail and entertainment areas (including a 3.345 sqm Waitrose store opened end 2011, a 12-screen Cineworld cinema and new anchors like M&S,Primark, H&M...), 30.000 sqm of offices, 1.000 homes are planned by the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (Schroders / Legal & General Property 50/50 joint venture). In February 2014, Sovereign Land and Ares Management were shortlisted to acquire the 50% stake of Legal & General. The complete took place in September 2017.
