- The Mander Centre is situated in the Wolverhampton city centre. The two-storey shopping centre was built between 1965 and 1976. It is adjacent to the Wulfrun shopping arcade. Mandler Centre was refurbished in 1987 and 2004. It is anchored by Debenhams, Boots, H&M, New Look. Delancey acquired it from Propinvest end 2010. A refurbishment and an extension of the centre (for a 8.640 sqm Debenhams department store and 10 large units) has been granted planning permission in June 2014. The Royal Bank of Scotland sold the Mander Centre end 2014 to Benson Elliott for 59 M £. The refurbishment was completed in 2017 and saw the opening of new anchors like Debenhams and H&M.
