A three-level, amphiteatre style entertainment centre, anchored by a 16-screen Cinesa multiplex. It has been remodelled to accomodate the "Heron Outlet Shopping" (some 20 shops inaugurated November 2005). The shopping hub is completed by a "El Corte Inglès" department store located right next to it. Two Australian companies (Babcock & Brown and GPT Group) bought it for some 130 M € end 2006.
