Open 365 days a year, this entertainment centre is located at Port Vell (old Port). It includes a 8 -screen Cinesa multiplex, an important restauration hub (more than 15 units, among them : Mc Donald's, Ben & Jerry...) and some 40 shops. In the vicinity, a Cinemax and the Aquarium. After its refurbishment/expansion (4.000 sqm) it now includes a 10.000 sqm fashion mall anchored by H&M, Mango, Blanco... (inaugurated end September 2005 even if some of the stores like H&M or Slam opened their door before). Crédit Suisse and General property Investment Company sold it to Corio for 122 M Euros in 2006.
