- Stadsplein (Town Square) is a project developed by Multi in the city centre of Spijkenisse, a city of 75.000 inhabitants in the southern outskirts of Rotterdam. The project includes 12.500 sqm of retail area, some 150 homes and an underground car park. It will be anchored by a 4.500 sqm Media Markt unit and a 2.000 sqm Supercoop supermarket. A link will be created with the existing De Kopspijker shopping centre. Corio acquired the project from Multi in December 2008
