Valdebebas Center

Valdebedas Center will be a component of the new Valdebedas district spreading on 10,6 M sqm. It will accomodate about 12.500 apartments and 36.000 sqm of offices. It will also accomodate the "Cuidad del Real Madrid" (on 1,2 M m2) and the "Campus de la Justicia". Until 2008, the project was developed under the name of "Atlantys" by Metrovacesa and Riofisa. In 2010, Doughty Hanson took over the project. The Valdebedas Center will be directly linked to the Barajas airport As Westfield London, it aims to become a new luxury retail destination mixing high-end and luxury brands with the mass-market ones. It will be anchored by a 10.800 sqm hypermarket. Developers : Doughty Hanson, Multi Development, Proactiva Asset Management. But once again the project was put on hold in 2012.
