Shopping centre developed by Metro Group Asset Management on a 6,3 h plot in the western edges of Essen. MGAM acquired the plot from ThyssenKrup Real Estate in July 2011. The 24.000 sqm shopping centre is anchored by a 12.000 sqm Real hypermarket (relocated from Husmanhhofstrasse). The scheme is part of the Krupp-Gürtel redevelopment project (230 hectares).
