- Retail park situated along the A9 highway opposite to the Leclerc Saint Aunès shopping centre and the Leroy Merlin megastore. Developed by Idec and Orchestra (the children fashion retailer), it is mostly dedicated to children. It accomodates 15 units including Babycare by Orchestra, Joué Club, Maxi Zoo and Kiabi and two fast-food restaurants. The project was authorized by local authorities in April 2011. In August 2011, Ascensio acquired it for some 15M €. Orchestra transfered their headquarters and their logistics services next to it.
- Retail park situé en bordure de l'A9 et en face du centre commercial Leclerc Saint Aunès et de Leroy Merlin. Développé par Idec et Orchestra, il est principalement dédié à l'enfance. Il comporte 15 unités dont Babycare by Orchestra, Joué Club, Maxi Zoo et Kiabi ainsi que deux unités de restauration rapide. Le projet a obtenu l'aval de la CDAC en avril 2011. En aout 2011, Ascensio a acquis le projet pour environ 15 M €. Orchestra a transferé son siège et sa logistique sur un terrain adjacent en 2012.
