Porta a Mare

Porta a Mare is the multi-functional project of redevelopment of the old harbour of Livorno. It will include residential areas, offices, hotels, retail and leisure activities. A part of the retail activities will particularly aim tourists. Molo Mediceo will be the heart of the touristic port, with shops, bars and restaurants. First shops opened in June 2014 in Piazza Mazzini (40 shops including Coop and Unieuro, 7.520 sqm GLA). Officine Storiche will accomodate 25 shops and restaurants on 9.580 sqm as well as a 4.500 sqm fitness area. Developers/investors : Porta Medicea (IGD/CMB).
