Three level shopping centre located downtown Uxbridge. Bhs, Debenhams, Boots, H&M are some of its anchors. The third floor is occupied by the Odeon multiplex cinema (now with an Imax screen). It welcomes some 12 M visitors a year. The Mall Pavillions is close to it. The both of them form the commercial heart of Uxbridge. Intu sold a 80% stake in Intu Uxbridge (retaining the remaining 20%) to the KWAP Malaysian pension fund for 175 M £ in June 2014.
