- The largest multifunctional shopping centre, located in the southern part of Prague (Prague 11) , alongside the D1 motorway, developed by the Dutch companies Rodamco and MDC, two of the most active players in retail development in Europe at the time it was built . It includes a three-level shopping arcade on each side of Roztylska street (linked by a connecting bridge) and anchored by a 13.000 sqm Albert hypermarket (ex Hypernova), with direct access to car parking and metro station. One of the best malls in the Czech Republic. An 38.130 sqm extension was inaugurated in October 2017, making it one of the largest shopping centre in the country.
