- Shopping centre situated in the eastern outskirts of Hamburg at the junction of the M1 and M24 highways. Originally developed between 1976 and 1984 it was totally refurbished after that Rockspring acquired the 10 h site from Metro Group in 2010. The refurbishment was completed in September 2012.
