- Project situated between the south-western edge of Newtonards and the city centre. The whole regeneration area spreads on some 30 hectares. Retail area will represent some 75.000 sqm (including the Tesco Extra store which opened in 2011), It will comprise a shopping centre (about 20.000 sqm), a retail park and strret shops. Developers : Castelbawn Ltd. The project was granted planning permission in October 2012.
