- Project of retail and business park to be developed around the first Ikea store of the Valencia conurbation (37.300 sqm of sales area) inaugurated in June 2014. Situated opposite to the MN4 centre, it will be mainly dedicated to house wares. Administrative authorizations awarded. A.I.U. Alfafar Parc (some 50 owners of the plot) will sell 60.000 sqm to Ikea to develop the retail park by 2016/2017. Bauhaus opened a 13.500 sqm store and Decathlon a 5.000 sqm unit in 2016.
