- Project of shopping centre initially planned by Signa Development Deutschland on 20.000 sqm at the corner of Stockenstrasse and Rathausgasse. But this project was highly contested by some local authorities who don't want an in-town shopping centre. In 2014, the municipality launched a consultation for the development of a 15.000 sqm shopping centre, to be completed by a 6.5000 sqm library and the City Museum. But Signa, owner of the plot, hasn't lost hope to develop its initial project.
