- Sonae Sierra acquired the 2,5 ha plot situated along the Fürther Strasse in Eberhardshof formely occupied by Quelle logistics centre to develop a shopping centre (28.850 sqm allowed), and 90.000 sqm of offices. But the project is currently on hold as the partner of Sonae, Sontowski & Partner, has withdrew of the project. Sonae sold the project in July 2018 to the Gerchgroup which will develop a 18.000 sqm shopping area.
