- Multi-used project situated in the north-western edges of Milano, opposite to the new Milano Expo site. Developed on a 39,4 h plot, it will accomodate 323.000 sqm of residential buildings (about 700 flats), an Expo Village and a 65.000 sqm shopping centre called Merlata Mall. Developer : Euromilano Spa. New accesses will be created on the Tangenziale Ovest and the Torino-Venezia highway to reach it. In 2016, the retail part of the project was acquired by Falcon Malls (Fawaz Al Hokair Group).
