After having worked for a long time on a project of fashion outlet in Wiedemar which was highly disputed, Stable has joined the project developed by ITG in Brehna, along the A9. The outlet centre is situated on the site where was situated the former PEP shopping centre, just by the A9 in Brehna. First phase (11.000 sqm) accomodates some 50 shops. Second phase (8.000 sqm) is scheduled for 2018/2019. In May 2016, it was acquired Neinver which brought it to the company's standards and rebranded it The Style Outlets.
