Project of three-level shopping arcade developed by Markland in the pedestrian area. It would have been anchored by a 5.000 sqm fashion store and the Astor cinema (3 screens, 400 seats). But end 2015, Markland gave up the project. The city authorities bought the site while looking for a new investor. Development Partner is the best bidder by now.
