- Opus North will develop a retail park in Armley, in the western outskirts of Leeds, on a former industrial, 1,6 h plot. Administrative authorisations awarded. The retail park will accomodate 3 units : B&M on 2,044 sqm, Aldi on 1.858 sqm and Farmfoods on 929 sqm. Lidl acquired their future unit while Palmer Capital Income Fund has bought the remainder of the site.
