- This retail parkis situated about 5 km south of the city centre, in the Neustast district. It originally opened in 1974 was owned by Walmart. It was acquired by Metro Properties in 2006 and then anchored by a Real hypermarket.It is completed by two standalone megastores : Hornbach and Adler. It was totally renovated and reopened in March 2016. A second phase of 10.000 sqm is planned.
