Lar Espana is to develop Lagoh Palmas Altas in the southern outskirts of Sevilla, between the Sevilla harbour and the Río Guadaira's canal, close to the SE 30/A4 interchange. The project will offer 100.000 sqm of retail and entertainment around a 6.000 sqm lake. One of its anchors will be a 8.000 sqm Primark store.
