Morgan Quarter

The Morgan Quarter is a shopping district downtown Cardiff which comprises the Morgan Arcade, the Royal Arcades, The Hayes and St Mary street. It is situated just opposite the St Davids shopping centre. Helical purchased the property in 2005 when the department store David Morgan & Co sold its business (The department store and two Victorian Arcades).This historic corner of Cardiff has been restored and reconfigured to meet modern shopping trends whilst retaining the tradition of arcade shopping. Urban Outfitters, Scribble, Molton Brown, Moss are some of its tenants. Helical sold it to LaSalle Investment Management for £55m in May 2017.
