Martineau Place is a two-level shopping centre situated in the city centre of Birmingham and is bounded by High Street, Union Street, Bull Street and Corporation Street,just opposite the House of Fraser department store. Since they acquired it end 2015, Colony Capital and Ellandi are working on the relaunch of the site, which has suffered from the openings of Bullring and Grand Central.
