Project of two-level shopping and entertainment centre, to be situated north-west of Parma, along the A1 on a former industrial site (ex Salvarani). The 74.000 sqm shopping centre will be anchored by a 4.500 sqm GLA hypermaket and accomodate some 170 shops.
