- The Royal Albert Dock situated directly opposite London City Airport will be transformed by the Chinese developer ABP into a 430-000 sqm mixed-used scheme with offices, housing, entertainment and retail. This area is predicted to become London’s third business district, after the City of London and Canary Wharf. The project will be developed by into different phases until 2026. First phase to be delivered in 2019.
