- Elektrownia Powiśle is a 54,000 sqm mixed-used urban regeneration scheme of a former power station on the banks of the Vistula river, in the Powisle district. The development includes 18,000 sq m of retail, restaurants and cafes with over 100 units as well as a 160-bed hotel. One of its anchors will be the first Urban Outfitters store of the country.
