Géant St Martin d'Hères

With its location adjoining Avenue Gabriel Péri, opposite the Belledonne clinic, this Géant (former Rallye) shopping centre is situated in the heart of Grenoble’s suburbs. It has a Géant hypermarket, and an arcade with some 30 shops. There are also a number of medium-sized outlets located either side of Avenue Gabriel Péri, including Darty, Castorama, Gemo, Cuir Center, Chantemur, Intersport, Mc Donald's and Maison de la Literie (see Zac Champ Roman - Glairon). An extension is under study. The shopping hub was reinforced in 2007 by the arrival of Ikea not far from it.
Situé en bordure de l'avenue Gabriel Péri, face à la clinique Belledonne, le Centre Commercial Géant (ex Rallye) est enclavé dans le tissu péri-urbain. Il se compose d'un hypermarché Géant et d'une galerie d'une trentaine de boutiques. On trouve à proximité, de part et d'autre de l'avenue Gabriel Péri plusieurs moyennes surfaces : Darty, Castorama, Gemo, Cuir Center, Chantemur, Intersport, Mac Donald's, Maison de la Literie (voir Zac Champ Roman - Glairon). Une extension est à l'étude. Le pôle commercial a été renforcé en 2007 par l'arrivée d'Ikea à proximité immédiate (voir Les Portes du Grésivaudan).
