Leclerc Espace Comboire

Espace Comboire is a commercial area located between the A 51 and the Drac river. Apart from having a Leclerc hypermarket, it also has a number of other medium-sized outlets, including Decathlon, La Halle aux Enfants, Mc Donald's, Picard, Kiabi, Boulanger, to name but a few (see Espace Comboire). The remodelling/ extension of the shopping arcade was realized in two phases, one opened late 2006 (remodelling of the shopping arcade, 13 shops opposite the hypermarket) and the second one in 2008. This last one (about 30 shops) is mostly dedicated to fashion. The hypermarket was also extended by 3.000 sqm (to reach 12.366 sqm) and 1.000 new parking places were created.
Espace Comboire est une zone d'activités située entre l'A 51 et le Drac. Outre un hypermarché Leclerc, elle comprend de nombreuses moyennes surfaces : Decathlon, La Halle aux Enfants, Mc Donald's, Picard, Kiabi, Boulanger… (voir Espace Comboire). La restructuration/extension de la galerie a été effectuée en deux phases, une partie ouverte fin 2006 (restructuration de l'ancienne galerie, 13 boutiques face à l'hypermarché), l'autre en 2008 (environ 30 boutiques). Cette seconde partie est plus orientée "textile". L'hypermarché a aussi fait l'objet d'une extension de 3.000 m2 (pour atteindre 12.366 m2) ainsi que le parking (1.000 nouvelles places).
