Euralille

The Euralille regional shopping centre, located on the outskirts of the very core of Lille's town centre, was inaugurated in 1994. It comprises more than 120 stores including major anchors such as Carrefour, Go Sport, H&M, Zara, etc. It also has a major restaurant hub which attracts the surrounding working population. After a difficult start, it has now reached cruising speed.Catchment area : 1,100,000 inhabitants in France and 140,000 inhabitants in Belgium. It was totally renovated in 2014/2015. Since end 2016 it accomodates a 5.000 sqm Primark store at the first floor.
Le Centre Commercial régional EURALILLE, directement relié à la gare Lille Flandres, est situé en périphérie de l'hyper centre ville lillois. Inauguré en 1994, il compte plus de 120 boutiques avec d'importantes locomotives comme Carrefour, Go Sport, H&M, Zara... et un important espace "restauration" qui draine la population active environnante. Après un démarrage difficile, il tourne aujourd'hui à plein régime. Néanmoins, Saturn y a fermé son unité de 4.000 m2 fin 2006. Chiffre d'affaires : 24 millions d'euros TTC en 2006. Zone de chalandise : 1 100 000 habitants en France et 140 000 habitants en Belgique. Une rénovation complète a été réalisée en 2014/2015. Il accueille depuis fin 2016 un magasin Primark de 5.000 m2 au premier étage.
