Auchan Aubagne Barnéoud

Located east of Marseilles in the municipality of Aubagne, this major shopping centre includes an Auchan hypermarket (the second largest one in France with 16.480 sqm of sales area, and a seventy-unit shopping arcade. The hub is rounded off by a major business park: Leroy Merlin, But, Darty, Conforama, Decathlon, Chaussland, Kiabi, Alinea, Fly, Boulanger, etc.( voir La Martelle). It is one of Marseilles' major hubs. In January 2013, Immochan sold 80% of its stake to Viveris Reim.
Implanté à l'est de Marseille, sur la commune d'Aubagne, ce grand centre commercial inclut un hypermarché Auchan, une galerie de 70 boutiques et un important pôle restauration (Quick, Pizza Paï, le Bistro Romain, et une cafétéria Flunch). Ce pôle est complétée par une importante ZAC : Leroy Merlin, But, Darty, Conforama, Décathlon, Chaussland, Kiabi, Alinea, Fly, Boulanger…(voir La Martelle). Il s’agit d’un des pôles majeurs de l'agglomération Marseillaise. En janvier 2013, Immochan a vendu 80% de ses parts à Viveris Reim.
