Shopping centre formed of two buildings, Moraleja Naranja (25.000 sqm, 3 levels and 96 shops) and Moraleja Green inaugurauted in December 2001 (12.000 sqm, 2 levels and 40 shops). Metrovacesa sold to ING Real Estate for some 84,1 M€. CBRE Investors Management acquired it in 2011 from ING as part of a portofolio of properties. In November 2014, ING acquired it from CBRE for 68 M €. Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc acquired it for 71 M€ end 2015 from ING, Management : Auxideico.
