- Located north of Rennes, along the road to Saint Brieuc (N12), the Opera Pacé shopping centre includes an hypermarket and a cafétéria Cora, a shopping arcade of some 40 stores, and several medium-sized stores (see Zac La Giraudais). The 7500 sqm hypermarket was recently expanded by 2500 sqm. This shopping hub will certainly highly benefit from the opening of the Ikea store in the same area end 2008 and of the project Rive Ouest (see"ZAC Rive Ouest")

L'hypermarché de 7500 m2 a récemment fait l'objet d'une extension de 2500 m2. Ce pôle devrait être largement renforcé par l'ouverture d'Ikea fin 2008 et le projet Rive Ouest en 2017 (voir "projet ZAC Rive Ouest").
