Carrefour Elche

A small shopping arcade, which had a large extension : 12.100 sqm for medium-sized stores including Media Markt, Toys 'R' Us (April 2008) and 1.380 sqm for the shopping gallery (shops and restaurants). Klepierre was the owner of the shopping arcade (1.302 sqm GLA). In 2011, Klepierre acquired from Carrefour Property the 3 medium-sized stores (9.000 sqm) let to Aki (closed in 2012), Decathlon and Kiabi. A renovation/extension of the shopping arcade(1.500 sqm for some 15 new units) was then completed. In 2014, Klepierre sold the whole to Carmila/Carrefour Property.
