- This shopping centre is located north of the Tours conurbation at the heart of the new Equapole business zone. The hypermarket (a former Mammouth taken over by the Auchan retail chain) is complemented by a shopping arcade with twenty-four units (including Camaïeu, Okaidi, Patrice Bréal). The car-park offers a further choice of stores: Jardinerie Auchan and Speedy. Castorama and Hyperburo medium-sized retail outlets are also located a few hundred metres away. The main competing centres are the Leclerc Augereau shopping centre and the La Petite Arche shopping centre. An extension of the shopping arcade (1080 sqm) and the creation of three medium-sized stores has been authorized by CDEC .

L'hypermarché (ex Mammouth passé à l'enseigne Auchan) est complété par une galerie marchande de 24 cellules (dont Camaïeu, Okaidi, Patrice Bréal). L'offre commerciale est renforcée sur le parking par la Jardinerie Auchan et Speedy. A quelques centaines de mètres, sont aussi implantées les moyennes surfaces Castorama et Hyperburo. Les principaux pôles concurrents sont le centre commercial Leclerc Augereau et le centre commercial La Petite Arche.
