Rue de Passy

A very busy street in the southern part of the 16th arrondissement, Rue de Passy attracts customers with high purchasing power, offering a middle to upper-rage environment. The street has two main commercial focuses: the section between Place de la Muette, where the Grande Epicerie (ex Frank & Fils) is located and the catchment area around the Passy Plaza shopping centre. The first Gap outlet in France opened in this centre, and is still one of the chain's flagships in France. A formerly-neglected section of Rue de Passy, starting at the Monoprix store and the cinemas, is starting to be enlivened by the arrivals of I Blues, Zadig & Voltaire, Agnès B, The Kooples, Le Tanneur....
Rue très commerçante du 16ème arrondissement Sud, la rue bénéficie d'une clientèle a fort pouvoir d'achat et offre un environnement moyen haut de gamme. Deux points forts dans la dynamique commerciale de la rue : le tronçon entre la Place de la Muette où se situe La Grande Epicerie (ex Frank & Fils) et la zone de chalandise autour du Centre Commercial Passy Plaza. Le premier magasin GAP en France avait ouvert ses portes dans ce centre et il est encore à ce jour un des fleurons de la chaîne en France. La partie de la rue de Passy qui était délaissée après le Monoprix et les cinémas commence à s'animer avec l'arrivée de I Blues, Zadig & Voltaire, Agnès B, The Kooples, Le Tanneur....
