This shopping centre located in the eastern outskirts of Bologna is anchored by a Ipercoop hypermarket. It is completed by several medium-sized stores (Bricocenter and more recently Scarpe & Scarpe ...) Extension of the hypermarket (+ 1000 sqm of sales area), refurbishment and extension of the shopping arcade (+ 4700 sqm) to reach some 60 shops, creation of 500 new parking places in 2008. Green areas were added in front of the shopping centre and around the parking lot.
