- Since May 2003, the owner of this shopping centre anchored by a 12.000 sqm Leclerc (ex Eroski) hypermarket was Vastned. In February 2014, Vastned sold it along 7 other Spanish shopping centres to Baupost Group (Green Oak and Grupo Lar) for some 160 M €. Leclerc closed its hypermarket in 2016.
