McArthur Glen Serravalle

It was the first real fashion outlet created in Italy and has been extended to now reach 37.000 sqm (opening of the phase IV in February 2006 : 4.300 sqm, 22 new shops, 600 parking places) and is now the largest factory outlet in continental Europe. Because its location halfway from Genova, Milano and Torino, it benefits from a large catchment area. It is particulary very busy during the week-ends. Major high-end brands opened outlets there. A 11.500 sqm extension is under way. Opening scheduled Autumn 2016. Investor : European Outlet Mall Fund (Henderson Global).
E' il primo outlet aperto in Italia in continua expansione con l'ingrandimento di negozi. La posizione a metà tra Genova, Milano e Torino fa si che il bacino d'utenza e molto grande. L'outlet è ben frequentato il fine setimana.
